To convert Material to URP:

1. Select Built-in to URP.
2. Check the Material Upgrade checkbox.
3. Click the Initialize Converters button.
4. Click the Convert Assets button.

To get the effect on the screenshots you need to use Post Procesing Stack v2 in your project, post processing volume (PPV) is added to the scene with the settings that we used.
